HealthisWealth is a HealthTech App which enables customers to find doctors, book instant appointments for both online & offline consultations, order medicines to your doorstep and perform lab and home tests. It aims to improve patient outcomes through a comprehensive web and app-based platform.
Problem Faced:
Post the online consultation, the user receives the doctor's prescribed medication list and consultation details via the app. Subsequently, the patient must manually order these medicines, either online or offline, by typing each name.
There is no accessible conversation history for the patient to refer, making it challenging to grasp the doctor's instructions regarding the treatment course.
Native language speakers may encounter difficulties when everything is presented in English or Hindi.
It would be valuable to assess the patient's willingness to continue with the same doctor during the follow-up period or explore alternative options if the feedback is asked immediately after the first consultation.
Feature of the solution Proposed:
HealthisWealth aims to provide post-consultation convenience for patients with an AI-driven Medical Report service.
Post-consultation, the report offers a summary, doctor-recommended follow-up, medication details, a complete conversation voice note, and a feedback survey.
Users can directly order medications by clicking "Add to Med Cart," redirecting them to the HW Medicines page. LabTests can also be booked automatically based on doctor’s prescription
Easily set follow-up reminders based on doctor's advice with a single click.
Additional features include Language Selection and Read Aloud, enhancing prescription comprehension for local language speakers, with support for over 15 Indian native languages.
If the user doesn't complete the initial consultation feedback survey, HW customer support contacts them after 24 hours to gather their input on the doctor's consultation. If the feedback indicates dissatisfaction, the team offers an alternative doctor recommendation along with a concession in the consultation fee.
