The Case Challenge revolved around Altitude Ascend, a prominent skydiving company in India, which faced stagnating growth due to increased competition and market saturation. Participants were tasked with developing strategies to enhance the company's operations, identify new locations for expansion, and improve its online presence to boost customer engagement. The challenge aimed to equip Altitude Ascend with a robust go-to-market strategy and effective HR initiatives to maintain its competitive edge in the adventure sports industry. The Finale round was a Boardroom challenge in which we were asked to bid for a set of products using a virtual valuation points given to each team and finally come up with a GTM strategy for any of the 2 products that you win in your bidding round.
